Kilgour Rd. resident Elizabeth Barry started the Christmas Pyjama Project in 2009 to collect new pyjamas and brighten the season for residents of a women’s shelter. About 25 pairs were collected that first year. Last year 150 pairs were collected and donated to three Toronto shelters. She’s looking for help from fellow Leasiders: .
